Shops
The Chained Fates server functions on a mostly diamond-based economy. Each season has had a designated shopping area where players can build their own shops, and visit if they need any specific materials or items. This article details each shopping area, and every shop within them.
Season 1
Season 2
While initially there was no distinct shopping district, a small section of Spawn City saw a cluster of shops be built within close proximity to each other, and was later dubbed Market Street. It was eventually decided that this was the season's shopping area. It was eventually decorated with a path of moss and stone to further differentiate it from the main spawn city area. Its entrance is marked by two Sony heads and a sign at the coordinates X32 Y92 Z72. Due to the season's initially decentralized shopping area, many shops were built outside of Market Street.

Season 3
Unlike the previous two seasons, the Great Marketplace of the Three City Nation was established at the very beginning of the season, in the jungle spawn at X-160 Y63 Z-600. Due to this, its overall scale is significantly larger. It also served as a hub area for the season, as this season had three main settlements rather than one.

Season 4
The Verdant Delta is a river that connects the season's two main settlements, Azalea Town and Mangrove town. It also serves as this season's shopping area. Shops are built on the river, on the shoreline, or underwater, and people can travel through the river by boat to access all of the shops.

- Market Street was originally named Pixel Street, due to the abundance of pixel-art based shops within it.
- Market Street is the only shopping area so far without any non-shop builds.
- The Verdant Delta got its name through a small naming contest, as it had previously been known just as "the river". Other entries to the contest include: River Sticks, Paprika River, Wonpum, Juicy Shitass River, Battlefront River, Longbottom, Bob, Cheese River, Concord River, and Nozama River.
- The name "Verdant Delta" refers to the main theme of the two towns that it connects being trees.
- The name "River Sticks" was suggested as a pun referencing river Styx.
- The name "Battlefront River" was suggested to reference the ongoing turmoil between the two towns it connects.
- The name "Cheese River" was suggested to offer an in-lore explanation for the name of Cheese Campgrounds, which lies on the shore of the Verdant Delta.
- The name "Concord River" was suggested because the river symbolized a place of respite from the ongoing conflict between the two neighboring towns.
- The name "Nozama River" was suggested because it's "Amazon" backwards, referencing the Amazon River.
