Season 1
This is the first ever season of Chained Fates, and was played on Minecraft Java 1.16, hosted by Minehut. It took place on Seagull Archipelago, a group of islands each owned by a different player.
Setting
Season 1 took place in Seagull Archipelago, a group of tropical islands, each owned by a different player. The archipelago was a communist nation, which was challenged by Adoge's capitalist ideals. This spawned the season's main conflict: the Communism vs Capitalism War. When the conflict came to its conclusion, the season's focus shifted away from the archipelago to the small harbor town of Canada and other locations.

Nether Hub
The Seagull Archipelago nether hub was initially built by Arrowl to look like dutch bike pathways, with granite paths and tulips for decoration. The path to Marketplace Island was built out of blackstone to differentiate it from the other paths. Not many paths were built like this however, prompting Adoge and Luna to make their own paths to their islands (out of red concrete and birch wood, respectively).
Later in the season, Connor built a train station room and a railway made of stone bricks and spruce connecting the Seagull Archipelago paths to the Canada nether area, which stood next to a nether fortress. The path to Diana's House also sprouted from this area, a pathway adorned with rainbow carpet and a ludicrous amount of dogs.

Flag War
Seagull archipelago was a nation led by Arrowl of Vibe Island, who claimed to be a communist but didnt actually follow this ideology. When Adoge placed an american flag on his base, this caught Arrowl's attention, who confiscated the flag and hid it in his underwater vault next to Vibe Island. When Adoge disregarded Arrowl's polite request to pretend the flag was guarded by a sophisticated impenetrable redstone mechanism, Arrowl found himself forced to recruit Luna to assist him in opposing Adoge. An intense back and forth ensued, characterized by frequent shady meetings between the two opposing leaders in The Nether Wart. To assert his dominance, Arrowl built a giant hammer and sickle on Spawn Island, and kidnapped Adoge's enderman friend Ted. In retaliation, Adoge kidnapped Vibe Llama, who had been hidden in a remote location only Arrowl and Luna knew of. Because of this, it was revealed that Luna was a capitalist spy that worked for Adoge, and that the pair had been using Burrbergburgh as their main base of operations. When Arrowl eventually got his hands on the flag again, he issued yet another shady meeting in the Nether Wart in which Adoge tricked Arrowl with fake wither skulls into believing he was threatening him with with unleashing the Wither on vibe island. Because of this, Arrowl decided to free Ted, but a tragic accident in the hostage's release caused him to meet his demise in to the rainfall. Furthermore, Arrowl found himself forced to return the flag to Adoge, deciding to do so in the form of a scavenger hunt, ending the conflict once and for all. A statue of liberty was built on spawn island to honor the capitalist group, and when Adoge got his hands on the flag again, it was placed on the hammer & sickle to symbolize the newfound unity and peace. After the conflict ended for good, Arrowl wrote a book detailing the events, which was then sold at a book shop in Marketplace Island. A video was later created as well, which also explained the conflict.
